Rue de Rêve apéritifs are made with California wine, grape spirits (brandy), fruit and botanicals. The brandy infusion adds a beautiful bit of refinement and complexity, while the fruit and botanicals excite the palate. With a nod to our name and the base plant of ancient aromatized wine, all of our apéritifs include artemisia douglasiana, otherwise known as the “The Dream Plant.”

Chardonnay wine from the Russian River Valley, produced with low intervention to allow for the grapes to shine. Bright, tart and tangerine forward. Sunshiney and ever so slightly sweet.
